How do you make the motor run without knowing where the switch is? A jumper?
That is an old, old, Montana, one of the first made. Early Montanas have a rocker switch inside the pass through compartment. It is on the vertical front wall on the drivers side. It is a double pole, double throw momentary type switch.
The landing gear is likely manufactured by Venture Mfg. This is an electric system with one motor driving both legs. There should be a hand crank which can be used to turn the motor and thereby raise and lower the landing.
