2023 22MLS Build quality issues

New here,
Took delivery of a new 2023 22MLS on Saturday. Walk around by dealer was quick. Towed home and began prepping for camping. Noticed 2 issues:

1. Door threshold sheetmetal torn. I did not see it at the dealership while taking delivery because it was covered by the steps. Wondering how this may have happened. Seems easy to fix and seal, but need dealer to address for the warranty. See images.

2. Fresh water level indicator not working. What would cause this? Needs to be fixed.

I immediately contacted dealer. They said they would submit to Keystone for warranty work.

I am not here to bash dealer. I took delivery. But it seems they were short sighted on their inspections.

Anyone else seeing build quality issues?

Also did not receive the flexible shaft for manual override of the slide out from Accu Slide. Do people get these at the time of purchase?

Welcome to the forum

Just my opinion, but I’d say the PDI tech either failed or the service mgr did. The “tear” under the door is simply the lower J wrap wasn’t installed high enough and the tech may have missed it for the same reason you did.

The fresh tank not reading is probably a bad ground at the sensor pack but should have been dealt with before you got it.

Both issues are IMO obviously warranty items, and it will depend on how your dealer writes the claims. Let us know what the dealer says.

Update: @chuckster57

Dealer had to pull the fresh water tank and adjust/calibrate the water level sending unit.

They also repaired the sheet metal.

Now, I can not get the iN-Command to sync with my iPhone
