Wiring

I have a new to me 2014 395TH. The batteries are not receiving the 13.7VDC the converter is supplying. How are the wires routed from the converter to the batteries?

Where are the battery cut off solenoid and transfer switch located?

there are two reverse polarity fuses on the back of your converter…someone may have inadvertently connected the battery backwards for a split second and that can and will blow the fuses..id check there first

Welcome to the forum

I’ve seen the battery cut off in toy haulers located by the batteries, and occasion, inside near the monitor panel. When plugged into shore power does the monitor panel show all 4 battery lights lit? If so the converter is working. If no lights then look for the reverse polarity fuses, either on the back of a stand alone converter or off to the left of the 12V fuse row. They will be 30 or 40A

The transfer switch will only affect the 12VAC incoming source.

You might check the battery disconnect switch. It will likely have a red key that turns On and Off, On usually being connected, and there will be only one single positive cable that connects the interior panel to the batteries via the switch. The switch should remain closed (ON) always. You may find the switch in a convenience center where water valves are located.
