2022 3700FL Kitchen slide scraping

Hello!

We had a nail/screw that was scratching our flooring, so we used a small crowbar to bend that up around 10 months ago, flooring repaired under warranty. Recently, the slide started scratching the floor again in a similar spot. I found the video on how to level the slide and ensure it's within 1/4" margin for each of the slide arms. However, when placing blue painters tape on the spot, the slide is still gouging/scratching the floor. I can't wrap my head around whether I should try to raise or lower the slide, can anyone assist on this?

Thank you,

Mike

What type of slide mechanism?

Why wasn’t the nail/screw REMOVED at the first repair?

Hydraulic slide

From what I see and what you have previously done (adjusting the slide vertical height) if it were mine I would..

Get me a hyd bottle jack and several blocks of wood and lift that slide and have a look see thru the bottom of the slide .

Lift the slide just enough so that with a bright flashlight you can see underneath the slide floor and the interior flooring.. looking for something that is either lodged between the two or something that is sticking down from the slide floor itself

** be mindful of how much you lift the slide vertically so that you don’t damage the wiper seal and track above that slide ..

That’s what I’d be doing
