Water pump relocation - do the fittings exist?

So I am going to relocate my water pump to a slightly more accessible location as well as add an accumulator tank... The current lines are the flexible, woven re-enforced white lines with barb fittings on each end. Do they make those in extension lines at all with the male threads on one end and female on the other? If so, I cannot find them online. I think that my best bet may be to find a male/male barb and just splice new hose inline with the old hose...

The current location of the pump UNDERNEATH the jungle of PEX and other lines, prevents me from doing anything with it. If I can move it over about 6 inches, I'll be able to easily add the accumulator tank as well. Otherwise, I may have to install the pump in another completely different location, such as the front storage compartment, which isn't optimal but should work for me.

Nevermind... Wasn't thinking straight due to medications and realized that a 1/2 NPT to 1/2 NPT fitting should work great...
