Lightbulb iN Command App Reset (posted also in travel trailers)

Hi,
Just posting here for reference and search for future group users.

Took my new 22MLS for warranty service on the water level gauge not working and some torn sheet metal.

They fixed the issues but then my iN Command app on my phone would not connect to the control center. It kept "timing out" when trying to download the floor plan.

I deleted and installed the app about 12 times. (the proper app is the one with a very tiny "rv" in the icon for this trailer) Still could not get to work.

Then went through all the settings on the control panel. I touched the software option, which led to the app screen. Then I hit update and ..... the phone app started working!!

I hope this helps anyone not able to get their phone app to work. BTW, I am using an iPhone 12, with current updates.
