Keystone floor construction?

Can someone confirm the way the floor is constructed on Keystone travel trailers. we just purchased a 2014 Springdale 282bhssr,sales guy explained to me that the floor has a Darco vapour barrier followed by osb sheathing
then 2x3 floor joists with insulation between them then sheathed with Dyna span. The camper has an enclosed underbelly so I was unable to poke around under it. Basically what I want know is if the 2x3 joists are sandwiched between layers of osb and Dyna span. Thanks in advance.
