Keystone Customer Service

Made a call to customer service reference some warranty parts ordered by dealer. Was pleasantly surprised by the representative and her ability to assist me and expedite shipment.
Everyone is quick to bitch but slow to express gratitude so here it is.

According to site rule #562, a person venting about Keystone must have less than 3 previous posts. I have a 21 year old Keystone Cougar with almost no issues. Plastic stuff is a tad brittle but a quick trip to etrailer or Amazon cures that issue.

Have to admit when I saw the title of the thread I was expecting a barn burner. I’m glad you had a great experience with them and thank you for posting such. I’ll bet you led with being polite and respectful

I've been pleased with their customer service, other than one time I asked them what I had installed in my trailer... Provided them a VIN to see how my unit was built and what options exactly. They told me to ask my dealer or refer to my stack of owners manuals. Well, that's where the confusion came in is because I have a stack of owners manuals that don't apply to my unit... However, the VIN was on them but I see a lack of those options and their controls in my camper...
