I found corrosion inside the box. Figured that’s what go it. It is odd they don’t show a furnace on that diagram. My furnace runs off zone 2 I’m guessing through the phone cable.

Do you have the model # of the gateway? I have 9430-5501. It has a single wire connected to the “optional“ terminal to the blue -negative wire at the furnace. This is a small gauge brown thermostat wire.

To confirm furnace will run, you can jump the two +/- blue wires. That would confirm if gateway tells it to run that it will.

The only numbers on the gateway are 3316945000. I can’t seem to find that anywhere but I do find 3316945021…not sure if that’s the same. Will call dometic in the morning to find out

That looks to be a Dometic part #. My gateway is Airxcel and Coleman HP so wiring isn’t the same.
