No Hot Water
We have a tankless water heater. After sitting at a Camping World service center for a month to not get more issues fixed (that’s another story), we picked it up and camped nearby to see if the repairs were performed properly. We had previously not had issues with the water heater. We found we had no hot water. There is a Suburban thermostat control box that has no power to it. What gives?

Wasn't aware a Keystone RV came with a tankless hot water heater. What model RV is it? I am sure there must be a 12V side to this water heater and the fuse might be blown.

Airlift 5000 bags, Prodigy brake control, 5 gauges on the pillar.Used to tow a '97 Jayco 323RKS.

Now an RVIA registered tech. Retired from Law enforcement in 2008 after 25+ yrs.
