fuse/outside lights

I purchased a a 2007 Montana Mountainer last year and the outside lights worked fine, however now they don't. I noticed in the fuse box that opposite one of the "15"s the red light was lit. Is the red light tied into my outdoor light problem? What does the red light mean and how do I fix it.
Thanks,
Larry

The red light is a "blown fuse" indicator. Remove the fuse next to the red indicator, install a good fuse of the same amperage rating and the red light should go out. If it remains on, you have an "overloaded" circuit and need to find the cause.

Usually, just replacing the fuse is all that's needed.
