Bedroom TV Mount location - 2020 26RBSWE

I just contacted Keystone about the bedroom tv mount location, since I don’t have a sticker to give me an approximate location. I have the power outlet and tv hookups in the ceiling, but I was told by Keystone that if I didn’t have a sticker, I didn’t have a mounting backer. I really don’t want to believe that. Are there any owners out there that know the location? Nothing is really showing up clearly on my stud finder, except the studs, and they’re not in the right location.

Chubby hubby, you may want to go to the UserCP, find the signature function and create one with year, make and model of your camper as well as the same for your tow vehicle. I am probably the only one who has no idea what a 2020 26RBSWE is. Sounds like a Keystone of some sort. Having this sort of info will also answers in the correct context. There probably will be a backer if they have the antenna and power. Use a stud finder. If they don't find two adjacent studs and put up an external backer using the studs for solid attachment.

Looking at that trailer, where would you propose to put the TV? It can't go on the wall with the sliding door which would be the optimal place. It won't be in front of the little closets on each side of the bed so that leaves over the window? I figure it's not made for one.

I found it! Luxury Cougar. No place for a TV in that bedroom that I could see. Danny nailed it.

This is the only photo I could find of a trailer similar to yours with a TV mount installed. It may be a workable solution for you, then again, it may not come close to solving your "location problem"...

That’s the spot on the bedroom wall. Same plug locations. Just no “sticker”. Hate to go driving screws, when I don’t know if there’s anything there to hold them.

Get some small brads, you can tap them in and if the wall is solid you’ll know. If it’s hollow a bit of putty will fill the hole.

CH

We have a 2020 26RBSWE. Our TV jack and plug are in the exact same place as yours (the ceiling). The mount sticker is on the wall "close" to what you see in the photo above. The RV is in storage, so I can't go look to be certain. That said, I think our sticker is placed a little lower than the two wall brackets you see in the picture. It's not as high up on the wall as those two brackets look to me. But from a left to right perspective, it's inline with the bracket you see in the picture above.

There may be a place for a TV there. In the walk through I looked at I did not see those plugs as they were in front of the edge of the valance for the sliding door. Those appear to be in a spot indicating, maybe, that you could mount a TV.

We have a 26RBS (not the west coast edition). I mounted my TV bracket in the vicinity of the outlets and used longer screws that grabbed on the backside of the cabinets in the kitchen. They’re above the second shelf, so not visible to me (6’ 2”) and don’t protrude very much. The camper is currently in storage, but I’ll be getting it on Monday and I’ll try to remember to grab a photo or two. No promises ‘cause I frequently suffer from CRS.
