I don't believe there is an adjustment on the legs of the sofa, so it will sit lower under the Murphy bed. You might try (temporarily, until the cushions compress) sleeping with your head at the foot of the bed ???
I'm suggesting a "work around" because it's fairly apparent that Keystone isn't going to jump on a repair for you and your dealership probably won't do anything that Keystone won't approve. If you "fix it yourself" and have any problems with the sofa, the bed or with that end of the trailer, if your "fix" interferes with or affects another part, Keystone may refuse your warranty.
A year goes by very fast, so the warranty isn't "all encompassing and extremely valuable" but to lose it over sawing the bottom off the sofa, well, that's something you need to consider before taking drastic measures.
Most people as they age will start having pedal edema (swelling in the ankles and feet). The first conservative treatment is to raise the foot of the bed 3 inches to allow gravity to help reduce fluid buildup. Another condition, gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD) is stomach acid reflux into the esophagus when sleeping. The first treatment for that is to raise the head of the bed 3-6 inches to reduce the reflux....
Why do I mention these two conditions ??? To point out that lots of people sleep on a bed that's inclined and get restful sleep. In your Hideout, with the factory mattress, I'm surprised you get any sleep at all, regardless of the bed inclination. For most, after a couple of days, you won't notice the angle. Drastic measures may not be necessary....
And, you can always raise the trailer tongue before heading to bed. That would "level the bed" but you may "roll down the hallway to the bathroom" so be careful if you do that....
