Kitchen island tap freezing

Hello. We have a couger 316rls. Our kitchen island tap water feeds keep freezing. Lots of heat in the basement. Water feed to rig is good. We had both going last night and left a slow run. Guess not enough on the hot side because it froze again.
And suggestions?
Thanks

I don’t know the layout of YOUR trailer, but by chance are low point drains located below the kitchen sink?

We have the drains but they are about 5 feet towards the front.

If you have a "convenience center in the roadside passthrough bay" and your city water connects in that bay, then the direction of flow is from those drains to the island sink, so once the low point drain line freezes, nothing can get past that point to get to the sink. So, there may be "a frozen pipe issue 5 feet forward of the island"....

You might consider wrapping those low point drain lines with some insulation to see if maybe that solves your issue. If it does, then later on, when it's less hassle to get under the trailer, maybe some spray foam or other "heat retaining insulation" that's more permanent than something wrapped around a pipe, as a permanent fix...

Thank you all very much for your help. Made a little enclosure with a heater in it and 5 minutes and were running.

Good deal !!! As for leaving water running from the faucets in a trailer, if it gets cold enough for the sewer hose to freeze shut, that water has no way to get out of the trailer, so when the holding tanks fill, the trailer starts flooding. Watch carefully if you do that, if the sewer hose freezes, it's essentially the same as closing the tank valves. Once full, you're in for "soaking socks with ever step" ......

If you locate the section that is freezing and you are connected to power you can put a heating cable and insulation on it.
