Nail-Pop In the Floor?

I have a 2021 Bullet 290BHS. After about a couple thousand miles, I saw this small bump in the floor. It was close to a furnace register, so I took the register out and lifted the vinyl flooring and saw that it looks like the head of a nail (or something) has started to raise up. See picture.

I don't want to start hammering on it indiscriminately without knowing what this is and rip a hole in the flooring. Any thoughts on how to approach this?

I don’t know of nails beibg used in any trailer. Screws, rivits, staples, bolts, welds, but not nails. Perhaps it's a screw head?

My bet would be a screw head. Your trailer shoulld still be covered by warranty. I would let the dealership deal with it, if the repair isn’t done right it will repeat itself.
