Doesn't the faucet tip unscrew?
Haven't looked at ours, but the one in our kitchen in the house does.
In any case, Lime Away will not hurt any of the plastic parts.
The kitchen faucet in our house has plastic parts inside, and I use Lime Away about twice a year on it without issues.
