Awings Reracting on 2014 Fuzion 371

Hi there

Has anyone had any issues with their awnings not wanting to roll their selves in automatically. This is the first time I seen both of the side ones not want to roll themselves in. After I pulled down on the rail so that they could get started they finished rolling in themselves but the guides jumped all the way down... not smoothly. Any suggestions as I do not want to put lube on there if I am not supposed to for dirt and grime to get built up in there.
