Basic Slideout Question

a newbie question:
We have a 2009 Sprinter 311BHS that has two slide outs
a) bunk house
b) dining area.

I can only find 1 button that seems to operate the bh slide out but not a button for the dining area.

Does the one button control both slide outs closing the bh then dining and on the reverse open the dining then the bh or is there a button I can't find?

The trailer was put on the lot and opened for us by the dealer so I'm not sure how it really works.

Yes most slide outs are controlled by one switch. My parents have 3 slides outs on their cardnal an one button opens the slides out an puts them in. Good luck. One will move first till it gets all way out then the next one will go. Hold button till they stop moving.

I have a 311 as well and there should be switches right beside each other that say "slide 1" and "slide 2". Mine also has a blank for slide three as they use the same master panel for a bunch of different trailers. On mine, slide 1 is the main living area slide and slide 2 is the bunkhouse. Slide 3 would be the kitchen slide on the 323 bhs, I believe.

Does the living area slide move when the switch is depressed? Have you bought the unit already? Did the dealer not go over the operation of the unit? Take a picture of the master panel if you can't figure it out and we can help you more.

Below is a picture of the switches when you first walk in the door. This is on the center entertainment wall.

Starting from the bottom
1) Black switch is for the awning and is marked
2) Red lighted switch is for a light in the galley
3) Single white switch - no idea what this switch does
4) Double white switch - left side when pressed starts moving in the slide for the bunk house, right side is for the outside light.

So I can find only one switch that appears to operate the slide, I just didn't slide the BHS all the way in to see if after the BHS was in if it would start the dining room. I'll try that this weekend.

The single white switch I don't get and cant figure out where it goes. Does it operate the antenna?

Ok, figured it out this weekend. I have one button that controls both slides. If all the slides are out and I push the button the bunk house comes in first and then the dining/living room. Once the slides are in when I push the button the bunk house goes out first and then the dining/living room.

that's strange you would think they would be on separate switches.
