Shackles, Wet Bolts, bearings and Self Adjusting Brakes

Big day and half. Just installed the Moryde HD shackle and wet bolt kit, new bearings and new Dexter self adjusting brakes. Took some time, but everything went pretty smoothly with the suggestions and help of others on the forum that had done the same.
For those interested: I only had about 3000 miles on my lighter than many TT. No significant issues, but I wanted it ready for more. A couple of the nylon bushings were worn, but none were worn through or destroyed. They would have made it another season and worked as designed (even if that design is less than optimal). I did find about half of the bolts used in the trailer hanger brackets were no longer held from turning by the serrations on the bolt. There had already been enough wear or movement that the bolts easily turned even though they weren't sloppy. I installed the new bolts from the interior side so at least for now they are all snug and shouldn't turn.
Bearings were still OK, but since I was taking everything apart I went ahead and replaced with Timkens.
Brakes were still working fine after a couple of adjustments. I just wanted the self adjusting.

IMHO it was money well spent! Why wait til the minimal quality parts used by the factory fail, which they will. One less concern!
