Fuzion 369 floor
So our hidden pantry roller ripped the linoleum floor covering. Called Keystone who said dealer needed to look at it before they would say if they would warranty it. It is out of 1 year warranty so of course they denied it. Dealer said it was caused by finishing nails until I said that’s funny because all the forums say it is caused by crappy hard roller. They are now going to look at it again and resubmit. I am sure it will be denied again and I will end up fixing it. How many people have had ripped floors due to poor design. If there have been enough instances it may warrant a recall due to it causing a tripping hazard.
If repaired has anyone had luck patching torn area or change whole floor.
TIA for feedback
