USB chargers

With two teenagers and plenty of electronic devices, we were a bit disappointed in the number of plugs for chargers. There were not any in the bunkhouse of our hideout 28bhs so we tapped into the ceiling lights over each bed and installed these nice ones. They are 3.0 so they can handle tablets too. Plan to also let the boys use a USB fan to circulate the air too.

Easy install. Simple hole drill. Lower bunk we went in from the top. For the top we had to install right beside the lamp so I could thread the backer washer on and tighten it up.

Fast and easy solution that requires zero drilling or installation is a plug-in outlet multiplier. This is my goto unit.
Another advantage of this approach is that if you suddenly need USB for some reason in an area where you never needed it before, you just move a unit that isn't currently in use.

Our camper has an outlet by the stove, under the counter by the bar, under tv and in bathroom. Nothing near the bunks so their cords are on the counters. Not fun. This resolved that completely. The front BR has outlets on each side.

The USB wall outlets in our Springdale are on the verge of useless. The phone complain about the connection power. So we use a little round table top multi-USB port unit from Amazon.

USB converter receptacles fail, I install 12v receptacles all around and use plug in converters (car chargers).

There are so many out there. I bought the ones I did because of good reviews and it was a pair. one for each bunk
