Lippert psx1 support question

Hello
We just purchased a new 22 268bh passport, and the rear set of stab jacks do not expand together, one has a 5 second head start, seats itself on the pad then the other one finally catches up.

Is there a reset switch on these?

Thanks all!

If I am thinking right, that set of jacks is "self centering" meaning the pivot floats and one pad may hit the ground before the other one. lt's normal and doesnt hurt anything. next time try this:

Have the other half push the button to extend and hold one of the jacks in the retracted position. The other jack can touch the ground before there is any pressure to lower the one your trying to hold up.

Chuck will be right. They may or may not come down together but as soon as one touches the ground and hits resistance it will stop and the other will come down until they both start pushing to stabilize. When mine first did that I would have DW just go and put her foot under the one going down first so they would get "even".....that was a waste of time, they'll level out on their own.

These Lippert Videos on the PSX1 might be worthwhile to watch...

On mine I'll just let it land then stop if they start to raise the trailer or typically I stop by the sound. When they contact and begin to take weight the sound changes. Now, if I need to block both sides then I'll look under and see if they are lowering fairly level or not. If one side is considerably higher then I'll go to that side and place my foot on that pad and press down until they are level. Doesn't take much pressure. Once level I'll lower to a point where the blocking I'm going to place under them just fits then continue on.
