Helpful Info for New Owners Questions
The attached link is from Keystone RV so don't know how many receive these. It has some short videos that speak to some of the questions that arise for new owners. The first video (introduction) has some good info on what you should expect from your dealer at purchase. The guy speaking is Stephen Holmes, the Director of Service Operations, whom I've spoken with a few times. He has seemed like a straight shooter to me. Hopefully some of the included content will benefit someone.
