First, you need that dealership to step up, fix whatever they didn't do properly winterizing (hope they have) then completely dry and check everything underneath; they did it, they fix it.
On the other hand, as was mentioned not a lot going to get wet and mold but you never know. My last trailer didn't have the front of the coroplast attached and it turned into a huge scoop for water during a bad rainstorm and filled the belly until water came out the front like a huge waterfall. Warranty repaired the faulty coroplast installation but I first pulled down the front half (almost) of the coroplast and let it sit for a couple of weeks drying out before final repairs. If you're worried you could do the same. I do NOT like randomly cutting the coroplast.
