2006 copper canyon sprinter

I am trying to identify my model of trailer. The number I have does not correlate with any of the models I can find. It's a 37' bumper pull with one super-slide and a rear situated kitchen.

Can someone help?

According to the TRA/REM, it's a ST 3121 SLS. Probably a 2007 model based on the numbers in your photo.
