Furnace Heater slow to heat

I have a 2016 Keystone Couger and the heater takes a long time to heat up. It seems like the air coming out of the vents is barely warm. My dad has a 2015 Keystone Hideout and it heats up very fast .Wondering if there is anything I can do to make it work better.

Check that all the vents are connected & if able check that all the duct work is connected to the plenum at the furnace.
On my previous 5th wheel they used cheap duct tape that once it got hot came unstuck leaving the ducts laying on the basement floor, storage was warm but not inside.

Excellent advise. I’ve seen more than my share of ducting come off at the plenum, and registers.
