Hitch Recommendations Hideout 28BHS

I thought I had this all figured out and purchased a Curt 13703 adjustable hitch for my 2014 Hideout 28BHS to be able to put a bike rack on with 3-4 bikes. When I took the under-liner down, I found that a tank and pipe where in the way on the driver-side i beam that will not allow me to get by it without removing the plumbing. Has anyone ran across this or have any suggestions?

This is the hitch I had welded on to the frame rails at the rear of our Bullet. It's also adjustable but has much smaller end mounting brackets.
