just spent a few days at lake george rv resort NY. One of the biggest, cleanest, nicest campgrounds I ever stayed at. I do not think I have EVER meet a friendlier staff that was not the owner. Lake George is a great area, but if you never left the park you would still be very happy.

Spent a week there over 4th of July weekend this year. Had a pull thru site and family and I couldn't have been happier. You are right, camp staff is friendly and helpful, campground clean, more then enough for the kids to do. Only left for groceries in Warrensburg, and a dinner cruse on Lake George. Will be going back again Memorial Day 2012.
