troublesom light switch

i have this switch in my bathroom and it does not work that great. we cannot use the switch at the light because my 6yo son cannot reach it. so im asking how do I get this thing apart?? thanks

The on/off rocker has pins in the middle and you pry gently it will pop off. After that you should see the two screws holding the assembly on the wall.

I found this article online about this switch series. The oval center section snaps on over the actual switch. It looks like it will just pop off.
