30 amp service

trailer has been parked all year, went to plug in and all outside marker lights on trailer came on, never did that before, what can I do to get all outside marker lights off.

I know that you can turn those lights on by jumping a wire in the trailer plug (that goes to the tow vehicle). Make sure there isn't a jumper wire in the end of the plug...Jim
