We just replaced all the ceiling vents with new vents that not only are directional but also louvered so that I can cut back some of the areas I don't need so cold. While doing the conversion ( took about 25 minutes) I noticed that Keystone did a good job of taping inside the A.C. unit itself and taping the inside lip of all the ceiling vent holes so there's no leaks on our 2014 Cougar HC 321RES trailer.
Actually I was impressed with their QC.
Having said that I am on my third Advent Microwave unit. So far this one is working great!!
Happy trails,
