New Bullet Owner in Washington

New to RV'ing. We recently bought a new TT after working on the wife for nearly 20 years! Once she saw all of our friends buying, she finally broke down while I was in Japan on a business trip.

Of course we had to have a truck with larger towing capacity than her '03 Durango or my '89 Toyota to pull the trailer she picked out.
I bought a '03 Silverado 2500HD 4wd Duramax a month ago, and we purchased a 2014 Bullet 230BHSWE two weeks later.

After two weeks of her playing house in it getting it outfitted and ready, we are headed out tomorrow on our first outing. I've had it hooked up to power here at the house and checked everything out except the RV-Que, and with the exception of one loose connection on a ceiling light, and a loose seam on the underbody cover,(both fixed) it's ready to go.

Cupboards are stocked, fridge is cold, and everything is ready to go.
It's nice to have all of the camping stuff out of the shed too!

The Dalles campground outside Greenwater. We thought about a trip to St. Helens but I want to be able to take my dog ( Chocolate Lab) along on hikes and such. No dogs allowed on the trails down there

Ah, very nice! If you haven't already, you should go check out the stonehenge replica right near there. Its pretty neat. Sorry you can't bring the pup, but thanks for the heads up because I didn't know that and I would have wanted to bring my chocolate lab too!

It's on my list of things to do. But so is St Helens. I was 12 and living Walla Walla when it erupted, and I haven't been there yet.

Thanks Joe!
We had a blast, and my wife can't wait to get back out.
I wish she would have conceded years ago.
She is looking for our next destination as I type. I just told her to find it, book it, and tell me the dates to take off. I'll be ready to drive.
