Kind of a silly favor, but I'll try...!

Hello friends,

I'm hoping that everyone is enjoying the better weather that's been finally hitting us!

So I wonder if somebody could measure the inside width and depth of their kitchen drawers. I've got a Springdale 179, and it has a couple drawers in the kitchen, and I'd like to pick up a plastic utensils tray to fit inside it. Now, I don't pick up my trailer till next month, and I'd like to arrive at it with a few things in hand, including the utensils tray. Any good places to get one?

thanks so much!

Kevin

Kevin,

If you can't get an exact drawer measurement, you might look for an adjustable tray.

Camco (brand) makes one that's 10 6/8" long, and adjusts from 9" to 15" wide.

Camco is a fairly common line of RV products & can often be found at RV dealerships who carry supplies.
Some WalMart stores also carry a few Camco products in the RV Supplies section.

You might also look in the (non-camping) kitchen department at WalMart or similar retail stores.

We have adjustable Bamboo trays that we picked up at Wally World, and moved them from our Montana to our RW when we changed rigs.

I found one that had an upper lip a bit wider than the drawer and just shaved it to fit.

Bed, Bath and Beyond, Home Depot, Lowes, Target, WalMart, and many more all carry these things.

I never thought of RV shops, I will take a look. Yeah, maybe getting one and having to do a little trimming is the best way to go.
