Trip logs

How many of you maintain a trip log for service reference? (Especially for tire safety) I started one and found it very interesting with respect to mileage. I was just wondering how many of you do the same.

I set up an Excel spreadsheet to track miles traveled, service events, etc.

X3 - excel spreadsheet tracks accumulated mileage. Also allows me to record maintenance.

Yes, we also keep a spreadsheet with tire mileage, and other relevant trip info.

Don't forget [with a brand new RV] to include the miles towed 'from the manufacturer to the dealer'...
on our current FW, that was an additional 1400+ miles on the original tires.

We also use a spread sheet, two to be exact. One for maintenance and the other for towed miles, campgrounds visited and dates. Happy Campin....

I'm not that good at sitting up a spreadsheet. I was wandering if someone can post column headings of their spreadsheets.

I have one spreadsheet for tracking trip and total mileage with these headings:
"Date" "From" "To" "Trip Miles" "Cumulative Miles" "Nights" "Comments"

The other spreadsheet is for maintenance and mods with these headings:
"Date" "Mileage" "Description" "Cost" "Comments"

I keep old fashioned written records of all fuel used and mileage as well as conditions at the time.
All maintenance records with separate logs of item replacements(to track lifetime of item) Ie: belt idler pulleys every x number of miles.

As well as baseline #'s for boost and EGT under different conditions to easily be able to compare and trouble shoot impending issues.

this is me.
Nothing on maintenance. I document the recalls that were serviced the first year I had it. other than that I have not had to do any maintenance. rotated tires, put lube in hubs. clean it several times a year and one wax job?
Am I missing something else?
