Unhappy The repair man is coming, but...

Our weather turned unseasonably cold a couple weeks ago so I decided to put a collared light down through the laundry chute to keep the hoses flowing. I was shocked to see there was a leak and probably has been for some time. I have only had this 5th wheel about 6 months and zero experience with anything like this. I didn't know if it was our rainy weather or a plumbing problem, so I removed the mold that had formed in the basement and put a piece of clear plastic down to catch any more water. I checked it again today and the basement carpet was sopping wet - and new mold. I called the repair man ( under extended warranty) and he's coming on Sat. In the meanwhile I'd sure like to know what I could or should have done at the onset. I checked the laundry chute several days in a row with a flashlight but never saw any drips form the plumbing. Gads!!!

Most likely the shower drain if you can't see it. Only leaks while your in the shower. Has happened to me before and would guess the gasket in the drain didnt seat.
Just a guess though.

Norma G., Howdy;

Ensure that the "Repairman" throughly inspects all possiabilities
Access door seals water lines, drain lines, and double check the
Tank Flush vacuum breaker valve as well. Hope it all works out well
for you and the 'Tech' is compentent.
