Fuzion 373 with In-Command. Heat will not come on when cold out

Been having an issue with heat not coming on when camper is below 40 degrees. Have to use a blow dryer on sensor in main living area to get the temperature reading above 40 degrees. I then turn the heat of and back on in the In-Command system and heat come on and runs fine. Dealer says they don't know what is wrong and seem to never fix the issue. Anyone know the exact problem?

Not sure what year trailer you have, but here is a thread that discusses this issue for 2019 model year units. The problem is caused by a defective AC/heat Dometic gateway.

Our 2019 Fuzion 429 had this issue. As last poster said, there is other threads about this a few years ago. Ended up being the gateway relay. Gateway relay is in the air conditioner that allows heater to talk to in command. Keystone covered replacing all three relays in the AC units.

The shop that did the warranty work didn't have a clue about it. Had to show them the post from this forum. They called Keystone and Keystone verified it.
