No idea what model RV you have. Your profile lists it as "244", so that could be anything from a 2002 Springdale 244 to some more recent "244"...
Most Keystone RV's with aluminum frames have a 'free hanging FILON rear wall". That wall is held in place by trim molding around the perimeter, the window molding, tail lights and running lights. Otherwise, it's a "free floating wall".
You could, I suppose, remove the FILON sheeting, expose the entire structure and all the wiring that's run through the wall. That would expose the aluminum framing so that you could determine if installing a larger window is feasible.
I wouldn't consider installing anything on the rear wall that wasn't properly framed, supported and reinforced. Remember that the rear wall is the "roughest riding area in the trailer" and as such, will put a tremendous amount of movement stress/vibration on anything you mount in that wall. So, make sure you think it through completely...
Is it possible? Yes, Is it something an average RV owner should attempt? Probably somewhere between "I don't recommend it" and "hell no" .....
