Awnings

Neither of my awnings will retract. I have a bad control module for the bunk motor. I have a new on on the way. The awnings were working fine until I took the module down to get the part number off the underside. So I plugged that back in and the awnings still won't retract.
I have a 39.5 Raptor extreme. 2013.

What brand of awnings? The Solera does have an over ride in the motor side arm at the top. It’s underneath the rubber plug. What module did you take down, in command?

Good question. I don't see any stickers.
I took down the bunk up/down module from the ceiling by the motor.

Can you post a picture of the arms? If they are all the way out there should be a sticker on the fabric tube.

Dometic has two Allen screws in the motor end. If you take those out, the awning will roll up, but you have to replace the motor I hear.

They both stopped working at the same time. So I think it's a fuse that I don't know which one. Because I can't decipher what is written on the fuse panel

Ohm meter or test light would be great about now. You could simply check them all. I have also seen in line fuses behind the awning switch.
