Random question about a blinking light.

I have a 2014 Alpine 3010RE and there is a green light that will blink randomly above the entry door and I don't know what triggers it. It is part of the yellow light, I was thinking it is a sensor of some sort, but it sometimes doesn't blink. Being I bought the trailer second hand and don't have much regarding paperwork or documentation of what was included on the trailer and all the functions. (Learning on the fly). Does anyone have any ideas what the light does? A picture is attached for reference. (at least I hope it attached)

Welcome to the forum. You have a motion detector light. Previous owner probably changed the bulb to yellow, but that aside, the oblong part is the sensor.

I have the same light, and if my memory is correct, you can activate/deactivate it by flipping the switch quickly.
