Angry Adjust oven

We have a 2008 Fuzion Toyhauler. My oven has never seemed to work right. I set it at 350 and it'll go up to 400 then down to 350 and so on. I'm about ready to throw it out the door. You can't believe how many things I have burned and how long it takes to bake something.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
