Small trailer, overloaded and tail heavy. What could go wrong?

He’s just trying to sand an angle on one end. Saving time by doing it on the way home, it’s called multitasking.

Maybe mitering the ends to use as rafters? with all the talk recently of moving weight behind the axles to make the payload work on minimally capable vehichle I thought it was a good example of what happens when the % of the gvw on the tongue is too little.

There's one born every minute!
"Momma says you can't fix stupid", Forrest Gump
What's sad is if they bought that at HD they could've rented the pickup for $20-30 where as they're grinding off that much in lumber on the pavement & possibly didn't make it to where they were going before flipping the whole mess.

I'm thinking some folks just seem to think it's supposed to be that way if they load stuff up on a little SUV. Saw one very similar to that a couple of years ago running down the highway and even had lumber on the roof. Things started coming loose and by the time he got on the off ramp the lumber was falling off the trailer as he came to the stop at the end of the ramp. It was like he couldn't even see back there....and he probably couldn't. Keep your eyes open.

Driving to the current cg I passed a small SUV (maybe a KIA?) pulling a two horse trailer. He was driving in the middle lane of a 3 lane highway doing about 45 mph with one horse inside. I saw about a dozen near accidents as drivers would run up on him at 70+ then swerve around him. I slowed down in the right lane and flashed my lights then blew my horn in an attempt to get his attention and let him pull over. He didn't so I passed him on the right.
When I was beside him I could see he had one hand on the steering wheel and texting on his phone with the other. It takes all kinds.
