Could have been like me when I bought this Laredo from a dealer. Yes they showed me the three valves but didn't pull any of them. After I got it home 1.5 hours away with a big camping trip the next day I called them because the black tank valve was stuck. They told me to give it a big pull and it should come open. They had told me upon PDI they had sanitized all tanks. I didn't even have a hose hooked to it just an open end. I gave it a big pull and probably 10 gallons of who knows who poopy nasty water was dumped in my driveway. I was on the phone with them when I pulled it. Told them what happened and all I got was.... Sorry.

I had an issue with the kitchen sink not draining... tried everything... come to find out that this RV 2015 Keystone Raptor has 4 drain valves... I found 2 and thought that was it... there are 2 more past the rear wheels... pulled them out... problem solved..

Kneeler pad

The handle for the kitchen sink is a pain to get to. You really have to get on your knees which is always fun at a dump station. So I carry one of those foam garden kneeler pads - keeps me dry and saves the knees.

After purchasing my first camper (which was a huge learning curve experience), I then insisted that all the systems be demonstrated to me, including hooking up the water, and draining the tanks. They didn't like that, but I insisted or I wouldn't sign the final paperwork. Once they agreed I'd get a true PDI, I signed. It worked well on the next 3 campers, except ... for the last one that had automatic leveling. All he did was push the button to show me it worked. It was my "bad" for not asking more about it, as I had a horrible learning curve with that, and still ... after 4 years ... still do not understand how to work it right.

There's not much more to the auto level than pushing the button!
However I'll give my procedure. Regardless of the site I always put down a 16x16" plastic pad with at least 1 of the lego type blocks at each jack, more if needed on the lower side or more all around if needed so as the jacks didn't extend but about 6", this made it feel more stable. Once unhitched from the truck & truck moved I manually lowered the front to about level otherwise it seemed to auto level up higher than necessary sometimes raising the tires off the ground. This will negate the hitch memory, but it always had to be manually adjusted anyway. Then press "auto". If it didn't/doesn't level to your liking manually adjust it using your bubble level on the floor & cabinets to where you like it then do a recalibration of the system (found in the manual), from then on it should level perfectly.
