Keystone plant closing

Don't know which Keystone product(s) is/are made at this plant, but it's closing. Sign of economic times or just a corporate consolidation to save money? Is the plant too old or unprofitable to maintain or upgrade? If the industry is experiencing slowdowns steep enough to close plants, perhaps prices will start dropping some. Is it?

Plant 41 is the Laredo production facility in Goshen. If anyone regularly uses the Keystone website, they probably noticed that in April of this year, the "Laredo" line was removed from the list of Keystone RV brands.

I'd suspect that it's more a part of the "New model/Old model" reorganization than it is a "sign that the RV industry is in trouble and is downsizing"...

Remember, Keystone had to stop building Cedar Creek trailers and Cougar full size travel trailers in order to reorgainze to start building the new Vantage trailer line....

Here's an old link to "Plant 41" when it opened in 2011: https://rvbusiness.com/keystone-rv-c...-laredo-plant/
I wouldn't "call the RV industry on its last legs" just yet.....

Looks like the Laredo line? There's no official public announcement as to whether they're discontinuing this line or, as you said, just consolidating.

I know that the Arcadia line is the latest and greatest but does the Laredo share the same marketing space? Just curious.
