Noisy Reefer

We have a 326MKS Cougar. Our reefer makes a high pitch whining noise when it is on. The sound sounds like it is coming from the freezer. I phoned my dealer and he says that it is normal for a slide out freezer.
Personally I think he is full of beans as the sound was not their earlier in the year.
I opened up the vent on the outside and only saw an aluminum wall and some stuffing.
Any ideas please.

Thanks,

Full of Beans

The new refrigerators don't have roof vents because of the slide outs so "Yes" they do use fans. I just had a new cooling unit put in my new 5ver and got educated by the dealer on there operation. He also said that the SS screens that keep the bugs out of the refer vents are a No No because they can restrict the air flow.
