Power Issue
Noob question. We just bought a Keystone Avalanche 338GK and when parking it to store it from a trip, we were letting the slides out to remove some items and instead of the slides going out, it was lifting the front stabilizer. This does not seem normal. Any idea why?

Were you using some kind of "remote"?

A little more info would be helpful. What year is your Avalanche, 2022? HOW were you trying to deploy the slides and the landing gear operated instead? Do you have InCommand etc. etc.?

Besides Danny's questions, hitched or unhitched? Level, sorta level, not at all level?

No, just the main control panel for the slides located inside the RV. Stabilizer control and auto level located outside of the RV

Yes it is a 2022. We were moving the slides out in the storage bay to remove some items using the main control panel on the wall by the entrance door. I had parked the RV and dropped the stabilizers. Wife went inside to move on of the slides and instead of the slide moving, it lifted the stabilizer. It’s not an in command system, but it is the main control panel for lights, tanks levels, slides, etc…

I am guessing the slides ( some ) are operated hydraulically as is the leveling system... from what I can tell from Trekwood it looks like you have hydraulic levelers..
I have to guess with the answer because you didnt state if leveling system is 3.0 electric or hydraulic and same with slides
If hydraulic then the usual thing that will cause the front LG to move instead of the slide out is...
1. Hydac valve on LG is not fully closed ( manual override screw )
the valve is NC ( Normally closed ) via spring pressure inside the valve and electrically opened..
If it isn't seated all the way this allows fluid to flow to the front LG ( both at same time since they are connected in tandem ) and thus raise the front of the fifth wheel
If this however is an electric ground control 3.0 and in wall electric slide yo tried to open then you got an issue electrically
