MaxxAir vents/fans installation

Okay major projects 3 & 4. Removing standard vents and replacing with 12V powered fans. The bedroom looks the easiest, there is a live 12v light right there. Of course I have to determine the watt draw to the circuit load limit.
The living room will be more difficult because the closest light is on a switch (Not live). The closest live circuit is under the overhead cabinet.
I believe the overhead insulation for the roof is high density foam, which makes fishing very difficult. Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

What rig do you have?

I am looking to do this on a Bullet Crossfire 1800 RB in a week or two.

I don't know what insulation is in the roof, but I expect it to be fiberglass and not foam. I am hoping to pull a wire from an existing fan nearby.

Pls let us know what you find and if the vent was prewired. Likewise, I will post what I find.

When I did mine a few weeks ago there was just the pink insulation in the ceiling area.
I as well tied into a nearby light fixture for power.
