My first Raptor

Hi there,
We just bought our first TH; 2022 429 Raptor. Have owned a 28' Dutchman BH TT when the kids were younger, and a 19' Shadow Cruiser TT for the quick trips and the boss still gets her "toilet on wheels". Excited for this new chapter!

Wow, 44’, 19,000#, with a 13’ garage and only a 2,977# carrying capacity! I sure hope you have a solid tow vehicle to carry that beast, as the 2,977# carrying capacity will likely only cover the weight of the toys!
Welcome to the forum, I don’t mean to rain on your parade but, unless you bought it for the space and don’t have heavy toys, that 2,977# cargo capacity will be gone rather rapidly.

I will not rain on your parade.
Welcome to the forum and madness that surrounds RVing in general! There are many very knowledgeable folks on here.

LOL, thanks. F450 to tow it. We bought it for the side patio, the garage/living, the extra 1/2 bath and the eventual "Off road" electric golf cart...the wife and I are slowing down (tour the country) but want the versatility.

Thanks. A few e-bikes to start and some patio furniture to hang out on the patios. We have friends and family all over the country and we want to do it while we can.
