We stayed in 2020. Somewhere near Tiptonville / Decatur.
Our spot was right at the waters edge, sunsets were beautiful. Lots of birds nesting near us in the reeds that came down in bunches to hide for the night.

stayed there in 2020 enjoyed the campsite but bugs (mosquitos) were vicious. Family wont go there again.

We get up there on a regular basis. This area was absolutely devastated by a tornado about the 1th of December. Better check before you go.

Thinking about Reelfoot being one of the best duck hunting spots in the US and Nash Buckingham writings. I need to go back and read his stuff.
Ought to get a guided hunt there.
I had to Google the name of his shotgun...Bo Whoop.
