Getting Warranty work done

Have a few small issues but since we’re living in the trailer with two pugs and a cat we can’t leave it at the dealer. Any suggestions?

How "small"? If they are that small can you fix them?

You can contact Keystone and ask if they will pay for a mobile tech. You might want to skip the part about living in it and just say you don’t have a tow vehicle. I personally don’t know what keystones position is on “extended stay”.

As asked, what are the issues?

The power box for the TV/Cable/Sat input stopped working and the heater won’t ignite. Heater fan runs for 30-40 seconds but then shuts off.

The furnace problem sounds like a fouled or broken sail switch, especially if your trailer is new (they get fouled from all the sawdust Keystone leaves in the rig).

(Speak of the devil...)

The TV amplifier wall plate is available from lots of internet RV parts vendors for about $25 ($15 if you don't need the cigarette-lighter socket), and is relatively easy to replace (it's all spade connectors).

If you have KeyTV, I bet the unit has an internal failure, seen quite a few. The furnace could be a few different things and the sail switch is often blamed, seldom convicted. The control board is a more common failure, but only a proper diagnosis will confirm.

There isn’t any diagnostic “test” for the KeyTV that I’m aware of. You may be forced unfortunately to get the unit to the dealer. If you don’t get Keystone to authorize a mobile tech then I would try to set an appointment as a “waiter” and possibly look for “day care” for the day for the pets, my daughter in law worked at such a place before they moved.

I'd second the option of hiring a "Mobile Tech". It will be faster and more convenient. Many are already approved by the manufacturers to do warranty work.
There should be several in your area around Reno.
