TV issues

I have a 2019 cougar 310rls... I bought it new. Other than the normal scratches, out of line panels, it seems ok.
I now have an issue with the TV in the living room. The coax coming out of the wall, does not have any signal coming to it. I installed a satellite dish, and normally I just connect it to the cable on the TV antenna, seeing how it won't be used anymore. The TV in the bedroom works fine. When I put my coax tester on the living room plug, I cannot fine a connection anywhere... I would think that one of the three cables coming from the splitter/booster, goes to the living room, but I have tried all cables in the ceiling, by the booster, and I still have nothing.
Does anyone have any ideas that I have not tried, or any ideas short of trying to run a new cable to the entertainment slide.
Thanks

Has it ever worked? Do you have the KeyTv box on the outside? KeyTv started being installed around August 2018 build dates.

Its possible the booster is bad. Try swapping the living room and bedroom cables at the booster.

I'm running cables directly from the satellite dish to the cables off the boaster. The one cable, going to the bedroom TV, works fine. The other cable, going to the entertainment system, doesn't work at all. I tried the receivers, in the bedroom and they both work fine, but nothing works in the entertainment system...

I would probably start tracing the wire back from the entertainment center. Since it is on a slide, it could have been pinched, cut, stapled, stretched until it broke, etc. Unfortunately, these things are usually in the most inaccessible places.

I am going to do that today... Other than about 5' of cable, that's wrapped in loam under the trailer, it will be hard to get to. Hopefully it is in there somewhere, otherwise I will run a new section. Dealer needs authorization, which will mean a trip there to look at it, wait for approval, which will probably be rejected.

Got into it today... Traced the cable, and found the coax going to the entertainment area, was shorting out. Found out with a see-scope, the coax had a screw or clamp, cut into to it, had to tell with the insulation. It was pretty much in the middle from the bottom where it goes into the slide, to the plug. I fished a new line from the plug to the bottom of the slide, more time consuming than typing this post... But I ran a new line from the area under the stairs, so it is new with no snags, works great now.
Don't think I would wait for keystone to approve my warranty work...
